Adult Kickboxing

Currently offered in our Barnsley and Leeds branches. Kickboxing is a striking based stand-up combat sport. You will learn how use strikes, blocks and defences, counters and set-ups. Kickboxing can be implemented in self-defence, competition and general fitness.

Kickboxing (K1)

Our Kickboxing classes are high-energy and fun. Led by our experienced coaches, you'll learn the fundamentals of kickboxing while getting a full-body workout. Our classes are designed for you to quickly learn punches, kicks, defense and movements, in addition to learning how to hold pads and work with partners. New students are introduced to our formula of pad work, combinations, tempo, and most importantly safety. They will challenge you and help you reach your full potential.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing referred to as “Thai boxing”. It is a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The sport of Muay Thai combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins . This is what is often described as the “art of eight limbs”. Our Muay Thai classes have a friendly and motivating atmosphere to help develop you both physically and mentally. Safety and good sportsmanship is a top priority and proper control is emphasized during training. All Levels Classes offers a fun basic introduction to Muay Thai where students learn how to kick, punch and use their knees and elbows, in addition to learning how to hold pads and work with partners.
